Parisudh Eco Concepts Pvt. Ltd. is establishing a new, purpose-built Common Bio-Medical Waste Treatment Facility (CBWTF) at S.F. No. 32/3, Plot No. A-11/2 Part B1, SIPCOT Industrial Park, Thervoy Kandigai, Gummidipoondi Taluk, Tiruvallur District, Tamil Nadu. Laid out over a two-acre engineered site, the facility is designed to treat 20 tonnes of bio-medical waste per day and to serve approximately 5,000 Healthcare Facilities across the region through a dedicated collection fleet.
The project has been granted prior Environmental Clearance by the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Tamil Nadu, under the EIA Notification 2006, and Consent to Establish by the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board under both the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974. It is designed and will be operated to the Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016 and to the guidelines of the MoEF&CC, the Central Pollution Control Board and the TNPCB.
The plant brings incineration, autoclaving, shredding and effluent treatment together on a single site, supported by a 25 KLD effluent treatment plant, a dedicated vehicle washing bay and a green belt covering over a third of the premises. A stack emission monitoring system – including dioxins and furans – will be connected online to the SPCB and CPCB servers, so operating and emission data reach the regulators in real time.
We provide comprehensive services of Collection, Transportation, Treatment and Safe Disposal. Waste is segregated at source into colour-coded, QR-coded bags, collected daily by dedicated GPS-tracked vehicles, and treated and disposed of within 48 hours of its generation – with every consignment traceable from the point of generation to final disposal.
